Refund policy

At Hippie Dippie Remedies, every product is made by hand in small batches — crafted, poured, and labeled with care. Because our remedies are perishable, personal-use, or made to order, all sales are final.

That said, we get it — sometimes things happen, and we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Send your order number and photos (if applicable) to info@hippiedippieremedies.com, and we’ll review it right away.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund, depending on the situation — the only goal is to keep it fair for both of us!

Returns + Exchanges

Because our products are small-batch, handmade, and for topical or ingestible use, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once items have shipped.

If you’re unhappy with a product, please reach out to info@hippiedippieremedies.com — we’ll work with you to find a solution that works best for us both.

Cancellations

We understand that plans change.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered production. Please email us as soon as possible at info@hippiedippieremedies.com with “Cancel Order” in the subject line.

Once an order has shipped or entered batching, we can’t guarantee a cancellation — but you can always reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been issued.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot issue refunds for:

Change of mind or personal preference after shipment
Allergic reactions or sensitivities (please read all listed ingredients before use)
Lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier
