At Hippie Dippie Remedies, every order is made and packed with care — small batches, big love, and just a bit of old-school patience. Below you’ll find all the details about how we process, pack, and ship your remedies.
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on current inventory and production schedules. You’ll receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
If your order includes pre-orders, seasonal items, or custom blends, please allow additional time for production.
Shipping Rates + Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and carrier.
We currently ship through USPS and UPS from Westminster, Colorado.
Free local pickup is available via pre-order at any pop-up market or event where Hippie Dippie Remedies is located.

Delivery Estimates
Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, weather, or high-volume seasons (like holidays or markets).
We’re not responsible for shipping delays once a package leaves our hands — but if something seems off, we’ll always help you track it down.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
If you do not receive tracking info within 5 business days, please reach out to info@hippiedippieremedies.com with your order number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we cannot ship internationally or to P.O. boxes for certain products due to ingredient or carrier restrictions.
Because some of our products are herbal, smokeable, or alcohol-based, state laws or shipping regulations may restrict where they can be sent. If a product in your order cannot legally ship to your address, we’ll contact you right away to arrange an alternative or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package leaves our studio, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
If your order is marked “Delivered” but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first to start a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please email photos and your order number to info@hippiedippieremedies.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Returns or Exchanges
Because our products are handmade, small-batch, and often perishable or personal-use, we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said — we care deeply about your experience.
If something isn’t right, reach out within 7 days of delivery to info@hippiedippieremedies.com, and we’ll figure it out together.
